Established in 1994,Trisilco IT is a fintech firm that specialises in helping companies in the banking financial services and insurance industry in their digital transformation journey. 

Solutions include business process digitalisation, decision automation, data analytics, compliance regulatory services, and consultancy.

The Problem

Like many organisations in Malaysia, a significant problem stemmed from manual, paper-based processes, leading to inefficiencies and delayed administrative operations.  

This led to issues for the company’s small HR department, who were unable to manage the high volume of tasks, while employee information was often not up to date. Additionally, the manual management of claims caused delays and obstacles, including lost receipts, delayed processing, and more.
