altHR, Digi’s HR Super App, announces Services Feature

June 23, 2020

SUBANG JAYA, 17 June 2020 – Today, Digi’s HR Super App, altHR announced the general availability of Services, a new feature that serves as a one-stop platform for essential services.

Starting today, altHR users can find a variety of services that they can purchase and complete payment for, all within the altHR mobile app. For example, users can make bill payments for utilities such as Syabas, purchase telco mobile prepaid reloads, e-Wallet top-ups, gaming credits and even make loan repayments to Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN).

 

With Services, altHR introduces more convenience into the lives of users, helping them save time through the HR super app. The launch of Services was accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic to help altHR users reduce the need to visit crowded places. With this, users will no longer need to visit physical touchpoints to settle bills and payments, enabling them to complete payments with just a click of a button through the altHR mobile app. 

 

Using Services is simple - all that is required is for the user to open the app, select the desired service, fill in the necessary account details and pay via credit/debit cards or online banking. altHR users can also access their historical transactions that are logged in the mobile app.

 

altHR serves as an alternative way for HR teams in companies to help employees get back productive hours by spending less time managing manual tasks. Besides that, altHR also hopes to enable better employee experiences, engagement and happiness, beyond a HR mindset. Aside from digitalising traditional workforce management tools, altHR is the first of its kind as it incorporates a holistic approach towards employee engagement.
