A long standing request has been fulfilled this update - admins can apply for leave on behalf of employees! There's a new selection in the "Leave" tab entitled "Apply On Behalf". Select the employee and apply as you would via the app. On submission, the leave request will go through the policy's approval routing before being fully approved and the leave deducted from the employee's balance. Fixed issue of generating expense approval routing reports
When editing an existing expense policy's approval routing, fixed the duplication of the approval routing
In leaves, admins can create custom leaves approval routing by organisations
Fixed issue when approving leaves requests via email
Employees will receive an email notification when case management agents have replied to their case
Fixed issue where employees are not able to see attachments on case management replies
Case Management admins can now see all case request categories
Fixed the label of hours left to cases auto-closing
Fixed lots of issues in editing employee's profile
