Earned Wage Access: Partnership Update

We finally released our Earned Wage Access (EWA) module! Partnering with HariGaji, we are now offering altHR customers the option to sign up for EWA with HariGaji so companies can allow their employees to request early salary withdrawals.

This feature allows users to advance a portion of their pay ahead of payday. It starts with the users submitting a request on the app, going through the relevant checks, and finally receiving their available funds.

• Pay bills and prepare for upcoming expenses without worry
• No more waiting days for advances to be approved
• No interest or taxes because earned wage access is not a loan
• No credit checks and does not affect your credit quality​
