This time, we introduced new features and improvements to enhance user experience and administration flows.
Need to extend the duration for employees to make Benefit Claims after the end of the entitlement period? Admins can now configure the claims deadline when adding/editing an entitlement cycle on our admin dashboard.
Simply click on section 6 located at the side menu, select ‘Yes’ to allow benefit claims submission after the entitlement cycle end date, then set the claims submission end date.
We added the ability to configure benefit selections with a ‘flex-up’ and ‘flex-down’ mechanism, allowing admins to specify whether the plan option would result in addition or deduction.
We also ensured that the options are sorted according to their impact, with points addition at the top while deduction will be displayed at the bottom.
This configuration allows more flexibility and control for employees to decide their benefits based on their preferences.
For easier access to view point balances, we also added the points summary at the home page of the Flexi-Benefit module in the mobile and web applications.
Lastly, we added an additional ‘Description’ column under the Policies sub-module to provide a better experience for admins to quickly identify or check eligibility for claims.
