We’ve included email notifications for the Benefit Claim requester and approver(s).

Email notifications for Benefit Claim requester and approver(s)

Once an employee submits a Benefit Claim request to the appointed Flexi-Benefits approvers under Flexi-Benefits > Settings, the approver(s) will then receive an email notification.

Approver(s) can then log in to altHR and complete the approval process. The outcome will then be sent to the Benefit Claim requester via email as well.
