About The Webinar

According to the latest National Health and Morbidity Survey, every three in 10 adults aged 16 years and above in Malaysia suffer from some form of mental health issues. Unfortunately, there is still a lack of understanding of mental health in the workplace and in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month, we would like to bring awareness about this topic. Our guest speaker is Ashvaani Ramanathan - a Human Resource and Talent, Learning & Rewards specialist at Digi Telecommunications who is also leading the company’s Mental Health First Aiders team.
