OZ and Digi’s altHR team up to offer talent acquisition solutions to Malaysian businesses

SUBANG JAYA, 13 June 2022 – Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) today announced a new partnership between its innovation arm, Digi-X and People Psyence® to bring Malaysian businesses a powerful talent acquisition tool. This partnership enables the admin users of Digi’s HR super app, altHR and People Psyence®’s Employee Management System, OZ to have integrated access via both platforms for more efficient workforce management.

Through this partnership, altHR admin users will also be able to access OZ’s talent acquisition features such as timeline management system, in-built psychometric assessments, and powerful score weighting and filtering, giving them insights and helping them to better understand the competency and psychological variables of incoming talents. In turn, OZ users can also leverage altHR’s powerful modules that include Core HR, Employee Engagement, Digital Workspace, and Perks & Benefits via the altHR super app.
